Kitchen as part of the living room: Leicht

The modern kitchen is increasingly becoming one with the living room, combining cooking and socializing areas. Leicht offers its own scenario for a combined kitchen-living room.

A multifunctional space is created thanks to an open layout, thoughtful content, and harmoniously selected materials. In the interior of the kitchen-living room, Leicht combines snow-white lacquer, textured dark wood, and strict raw concrete.

In the center of the kitchen is a free-standing island unit, complemented by a spacious worktop. The peculiarity of the model is in the fronts of drawers beveled at 45 degrees, due to which they fit perfectly with the side walls, forming a clear cubic block. This new solution is offered for kitchens from the Primo and Contino collections. Thanks to the lateral indentation of the plinth, the kitchen island seems to float in the air.

The possibilities of the kitchen area are expanded by a white multi-door wardrobe. It has enough compartments for storing kitchen utensils and even household appliances, as well as a functional area with a retractable worktop, where you can, for example, make coffee or a cocktail. When closed, the wardrobe practically dissolves into space due to laconic straight lines and a smooth facade without handles.

High shelving with open and closed sections zones the room, visually delimiting the living room and kitchen areas. Thanks to the open shelves, it looks right through, merging the two spaces, but at the same time providing a sense of privacy. The rack is offered to be supplemented with a wall shelf, which can be planned individually.

To finish the facades of kitchen furniture, a new super-matt lacquer in the Merino color is used. Its surface is velvety to the touch and is not afraid of fingerprints. The new lacquering is available in almost any color for maximum personalization of the kitchen. You can use 15 exclusive colors from the Le Couleurs® Le Corbusier palette, as well as RAL and NCS color systems.

The snow-white surfaces create an expressive contrast with the dark tone of the wood from the Topos program, which is used in this scenario for finishing the table, the interior of the kitchen cabinet, the shelving unit and the shelf.
