Amazing Tiny apartment in Paris

French architect Hélène Paoli has renovated a small apartment in the 14th district of Paris. When working on projects, Hélène chooses natural materials, and laconic forms and thinks through the interior from the point of view of ergonomics and everyday life.

The goal of the project is to create a modern, cozy and functional space for city life in a compact area. The main advantage of a small apartment was the presence of four windows at once on one side. On the opposite wall, the architect placed utilitarian areas – a kitchen, a bathroom, and equipped furniture structures for storing things. This solution provided sound insulation from the adjacent apartment.

The entrance area and the bathroom are decorated using a rich terracotta shade, contrasting with the laconic white and black tones in the main part of the apartment. Cabinet furniture is made of neutral birch plywood. Enveloping coziness is given to the space by textiles – curtains and curtains along the entire facade of the apartment.
