Le Corbusier’s stools became the basis of the set design of the Bottega Veneta show

The team of the Italian brand used the LC14 Cabanon model designed by Le Corbusier in the set design of the show, which took place during Milan Fashion Week. In their third collaboration, furniture company Cassina and Bottega Veneta have teamed up with the Le Corbusier Foundation to develop a customized version of the stool. Thus, the created objects are distinguished by a burnt wood finish, inspired by traditional Japanese techniques and emphasizing the natural pattern of the material. The flooring of the space followed a similar aesthetic, while giant cacti were a striking accent of the decor: they were handcrafted from Murano glass. Bottega Veneta is expected to show a special edition of the LC14 Cabanon stools and other designs as part of an installation at Milan Design Week in April.
