Designer Natalya Kalentyeva designed the bright, super-stylish interior of a 40 sq. m for a female student studying foreign languages. The customer wanted to place a separate bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room in a small area, organize a place for reading, and provide places for various things dear to the heart, brought from various trips. To realize this, all the walls were built anew.

The apartment has a separate bedroom with a partition between the bedroom and the living room. The top was lined with glass blocks to improve insolation. The kitchen has remained in the same place, there is an electric stove.
The filling of the kitchen is standard: a hob is placed, above it is an extractor hood, and below is an electric oven. There was a place for a narrow dishwasher, but the refrigerator is not built-in. They bought an ordinary hood, a box for it was built from drywall, it was also covered with plaster and painted.
The interior is filled with decor, Natalia Kalentyeva did a lot herself: she found a snag that looked like a stork in the forest, covered it with several layers of impregnation and varnish from bugs, and an unnecessary leg from a floor lamp serves as its base. The paintings in the bedroom were made on a flashy orange-red background – the designer repainted it white and framed the paintings themselves in the framing workshop. The seats on the chairs were upholstered with jacquard fabrics of various designs.
All the walls were plastered, and a textured surface was made with a spatula, painted with white paint. The house is new, so over time, the appearance of cracks is inevitable, textured walls are easier to correct than smoothly painted ones.
A bathtub was placed, and niches for storing shampoos and shower gels were organized near it, on the contrary – a cabinet for storage, and on it there is an overhead sink. The tabletop was made of wood throughout the wall, painted with waterproof white paint. A washing machine was placed under it, and next to the machine there was a laundry basket. Wall-hung toilet.
