The Triennale Museum has opened a new space for the public

Cuore is a new space for the Milan Museum, which is designed as a research and educational center. In addition, an extensive archive of the cultural institution is now stored here, open to everyone. Architect Luca Cipelletti and furniture manufacturer Unifor were responsible for the design and decoration of the 400 square meter space, located on the lower level of the museum. They developed a design for a flexible space that would evolve with the Triennale and adapt to its changes. As noted by the president of the Milan museum, architect Stefano Boeri, Cuore is both looking to the past and to the future and was created, among other things, for the purpose of restoring the Triennale Research Center, which has been closed since 1990. A special system of display cases, cabinets, shelves and drawers allowed the team to conveniently organize archival materials of various formats.
