Park House

The Park House estate , where Diana Spencer was born in 1961, was converted in 1987 into a hotel for people with disabilities suffering from multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and spinal cord injuries. The Spencers lived in this palace for decades and abandoned it after their parents divorced when Diana was 8 years old. According to biographer Andrew Morton, before leaving this dear place, she said goodbye to each of the ten rooms in the house.

Althorp Estate

Diana then moved to Althorp, Northamptonshire. It was in this palace in the East Midlands, England, that she lived until her marriage to Charles. Built-in 1508, it has more than 90 rooms (bedrooms, living rooms, studies, library) and is surrounded by gardens and lakes on an area of more than 200 hectares. Now you can spend your holidays in the suites of this estate: a suite is rented, where the walls are decorated with family portraits – these are images of the kings of England Henry VII Tudor, Charles II and James II Stuart. Each night will cost a little more than 20,000 euros, or 35,000 euros for a premium suite. It is also possible to come here with a company of up to 15 people: in this case, you will have to pay 210,000 euros per night. However, all of these funds will go to charitable foundations, according to Charles Spencer, Lady Dee’s brother.

When Diana left the family home, she moved into an apartment donated by her mother, which cost about £50,000 in the 1980s. It is located at 60 Coleherne Court in Earls Court, between London Chelsea and South Kensington. The apartment has four bedrooms and Diana lived here between the ages of 18 and 20, sharing it with three neighbors and working part-time at a kindergarten. Diana owned a red Austin at the time, which she often parked in front of her front door, as evidenced by family photos. The apartment is now worth over £1 million. Art.

Highgrove Gardens

When Diana’s sons William and Harry were born, Prince Charles purchased the country residence of Highgrove in Tetbury, Gloucestershire for the family. Now it is a real paradise for gardeners: Highgrove Gardens can be visited, they are open to the public. In the thickets of rhododendrons, you can still see a small wooden house that Diana built for her children. The garden also features an obelisk donated by the Sultan of Oman. The interior of this estate dates back to recent times (Diana died 23 years ago), when Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles formalized their union.

Castillo Mallorca

Diana’s villa in Mallorca is also famous: Castillo Mallorca in Andratx is one of the most beautiful estates where Lady Di liked to visit. This building is 1400 sq. m. with seven bedrooms is located on a private peninsula with an area of 6000 sq.m. The plot has been converted over time into a garden with direct access to the sea, and the real estate agency Engels & Volkers recently sold this villa for 38 million euros.
